Modify/Cancel Order

Applies to all products and orders purchased at beautelikely.com.

Timeframe:

Customers have 24 hours after purchase (successful payment) to cancel or modify order (size, color, quantity, shipping address…). After this timeframe, your order will be in processing, manufacturing, and shipping, so we won’t be able to change it for you.

Once 24 hours have passed and your purchase begins to go live, you will lose your right to make modify or cancel.

Steps to request to modify/cancel an order:

Please email support@beautelikely.com or duythiendoan1995@gmail.com with details as below:

– Subject: Order Modify/Cancellation [Your Order Number*]

*please enter this order number exactly in the order confirmation email

– Content you want to modify (size, color, quantity, shipping address…) or Cancel order.

We will reply to your email within 24-48 hours.

Refund for Canceled Order: 

For order cancellations, we will notify you when the order is cancelled, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
